The Greater Moncton Real Estate Board Inc.

The Greater MONCTON Real Estate Board provides its members with the structure and services to enhance REALTOR® professionalism, standards of business practice and ethics in meeting the real estate needs of the community.

The Greater Moncton Real Estate Board Inc. represents more than 290 members from over 30 member offices in Moncton, Dieppe, and Riverview as well as nearby communities in South Eastern New Brunswick.

The Board provides a variety of services to its members including continuing education, statistical information and access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS®) and the mls.ca website. We also have our own weekly news paper which has been in operation for 19 years. (Real Estate GUIDE Immobilier)

Our members provide a variety of services to the buying and selling public and, as members of the New Brunswick Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association, subscribe to a high standard of professional service and to a strict code of ethics.

The Greater Moncton Real Estate Board Inc. has been in operation since 1963 and is very involved in the local community with many of its members devoting a great deal of their personal time and effort on local causes and organizations. We're devoted to keeping the Greater Moncton Area growing and prospering while keeping it one of Canada's best places to live.
